Signaré LLC – Service AgreementThis Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Signaré LLC (“Company”) and the individual or entity requesting services (“Client”).
By requesting, scheduling, or using any services, the Client agrees to the terms below.
1. Scope of ServicesSignaré LLC provides non-legal, administrative, and notarial services, including but not limited to:
- Mobile Notary Services
- Loan Signing Facilitation
- Apostille Coordination
- Court Filing Support
- Document Courier & Administrative Assistance
All services are performed based solely on information provided by the Client.
2. Not a Law Firm / No Legal AdviceSignaré LLC is not a law firm.
We do not provide:
- Legal advice
- Legal opinions
- Legal representation
- Document interpretation or legal strategy
I am not an attorney licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matter or accept fees for legal advice.
Clients are advised to consult a licensed attorney for legal matters.
3. Client ResponsibilitiesThe Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Review all documents prior to signing or submission
- Present valid government-issued identification when required
- Ensure understanding of documents before execution
Signaré LLC is not responsible for verifying legal sufficiency of documents.
4. Fees & Third-Party ChargesAll fees charged by Signaré LLC are separate from and in addition to fees charged by:
- Government agencies
- Courts
- Apostille authorities
- Shipping or courier services
All service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, including travel and administrative work.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Travel
- Appointments are subject to availability
- Same-day or expedited services may incur additional fees
- Travel fees apply once a service provider has been dispatched
- Late cancellations may be subject to partial or full service charges
6. Privacy & Data UseClient information is collected and used solely for the purpose of completing requested services.
Information may be shared with third parties only as necessary to complete services (e.g., courts, agencies, carriers).
7. Consent to Data CollectionBy submitting information or using services, the Client consents to the collection, processing, storage, and transmission of their data as required to complete services.
8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law:
Signaré LLC is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete Client-provided information.
Signaré LLC is not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors caused by third parties.
Liability is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid to Signaré LLC.
9. Language & UnderstandingAll official services and documents are conducted in English.
Translation assistance, if provided, is for informational purposes only and is not certified.
10. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
11. Client AcknowledgmentBy proceeding with services, the Client confirms that they:
- Have read and understood this Agreement
- Acknowledge that no legal advice is being provided
- Agree to all terms and conditions stated herein
