RON allows you to have documents notarized via a secure video call from anywhere in the world. We use certified platforms like BlueNotary and NotaryCam to ensure compliance and security.
What documents do I need to bring?
You'll need a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID). For specific services like loan signings or immigration documents, additional paperwork may be required — we'll inform you when scheduling.
Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?
Yes! We understand that many of our clients have busy schedules. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends by appointment.
How much do your services cost?

Are you insured and certified?
Yes. We hold NJ Commission #50227877, are NNA certified, and fully insured. Our founder is a retired NYC Criminal Court Clerk with extensive legal process expertise.
What is an Apostille?
An Apostille is a certificate that authenticates a document for use in countries that are part of the Hague Convention. We assist with apostille preparation and coordination with the NJ Secretary of State.
Can you notarize documents for immigration purposes?
